Sales Clerk

Thank you for your interest in PowerQuip! The Sales Clerk position is for an individual with skills, knowledge, and experience in the areas listed below. This is a multi-tasking position. The primary duties will include processing paperwork, maintaining files, assisting with inventory data, maintaining a tidy workspace, assisting co-workers, ensuring the accuracy of data and info, and helping create a positive and professional customer experience. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Responsibilities
  • Finalize deals and submit for funding
  • Maintain complete and accurate files and data
  • Assist Sales Team with forms, filing, etc.
  • Assist with Purchase Orders and Receiving
  • Follow up with customers as necessary

Qualifications

  • Very thorough and detailed
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
Compensation
This is currently a part-time hourly position 3-days/week (M-W-F)
$22,000 – $26,000 yearly
