• Operate diagnostic equipment to accurately determine the cause of malfunction codes with the equipment’s integrated computer system.
• Examine all equipment systems such as the hydraulic, engine, transmission, and emissions systems with a step-by-step approach.
• Clearly articulate repair issues and repairs needed to remedy them to both customers and supervisors.
• Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for repairs and maintenance.
• Generate clear and complete notes describing issues, diagnostics, remedies, repairs, and test results on each job.
