We’re searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for Efficient and effective inter-office workflow and communications to include; Answering and assigning phone calls, emails, messages, etc and ensuring that all incoming communications are handled expertly and in a timely manner, assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, collections, deposits, etc., maintaining adequate supplies for office, kitchen, bathrooms, cleaning, etc., and assisting with basic IT requests, logins, troubleshooting, printer issues, etc. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity.
  • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates.
  • Buy materials for the office when necessary.

Qualifications: 

  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers.
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work.
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus.
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels.

Compensation between 25,000 – 32,000
